The beautiful and delicate Himalayan Fairy Grass, showing off its golden coppery plumes on a cold winter’s day, on our grass bank. This ethereal ornamental grass creates structure and movement during the winter months, while the seed heads provide a much needed food source for the birds. Her latin is name Miscanthus nepalensis, less hardy than other species, flowering from mid summer until she is cut back in late winter and a new cycle begins … a stunner!
